About the Role

As the Manager Hospital Operations (RN) in Grove City, Mercer County, you act as the central administrative liaison connecting nursing staff, patients, physicians, families, fellow hospital departments, and external agencies. This part-time position carries real authority for on-site administrative decisions, ensuring the right people are informed and the right actions are taken whenever situations escalate. It is an on-site role; remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Make sound administrative decisions on behalf of the hospital during your shift and exercise the authority that role requires.
• Escalate appropriately by notifying the administrator on call, the Legal Department, and Risk Management whenever circumstances warrant.
• Bridge communication between clinical staff, patients, physicians, families, other departments, and outside organizations.
• Support smooth, coordinated hospital operations so that patient needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Apply clinical and operational expertise to resolve issues as they arise across the facility.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills suited to an administrative leadership capacity.
• Clear, confident communication with diverse audiences, from bedside teams to outside agencies.
• Ability to recognize when escalation to administration, legal, or risk management is necessary and to act decisively.
• Availability for a part-time schedule supporting hospital operations.
