About the Role
As a Part Time Fitness Ambassador, you are the friendly face members look forward to seeing the moment they walk through the door. This is a part-time position based at our Royersford, Montgomery County location, with a set weekly schedule of Tuesday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, and Thursday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Compensation begins at $12.00 per hour, or $12.50 per hour once you hold certification, with tenure-based pay increases available after certification is earned.

- Greet every member and guest warmly, learning names and creating an instantly welcoming atmosphere
- Set the tone of positivity and encouragement that keeps members excited to return
- Support front-desk operations and assist members with questions during your scheduled shifts
- Represent the Planet Fitness Judgement Free philosophy in every interaction

- An outgoing, people-first personality with a talent for making others feel comfortable
