Legacy Health is seeking a compassionate Clinical Social Worker (CSWA or LCSW) to join our dedicated care team in Portland, Multnomah County, supporting patients with skill and heart across diverse clinical settings.
About the Role
As a full-time Clinical Social Worker with Legacy Health, you will deliver holistic, patient-centered support to both adult and pediatric patients. This on-site Portland position is ideal for a licensed professional who is driven to serve vulnerable communities and to grow as a thoughtful, empathetic advocate within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to adult and pediatric patients across a range of care settings.
- Champion holistic, patient-centered care that addresses each individual's whole-person needs.
- Advocate for and support vulnerable populations with compassion and dedication.
- Partner with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate resources and support for patients and families.

Qualifications
- Active Oregon licensure as a CSWA (Clinical Social Work Associate) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
- Commitment to holistic, patient-centered care for diverse patient populations.
- Experience or strong interest in supporting both adult and pediatric patients.
- Passion for serving vulnerable communities and advocating on their behalf.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills suited to a team-based clinical setting.
