Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Daytime Caregiver for the Atlanta, Fulton County area. This role offers meaningful work helping clients with daily living activities during a flexible 9 AM–2 PM shift. About the Role
As a Personal Care Aide (PCA) with Gaddiel Home Care Services, you'll provide direct, hands-on care to clients in their homes. You'll support their independence and well-being by assisting with activities of daily living. This part-time daytime position allows you to build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering quality care that makes a real difference.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support clients with mobility and safe transfers
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
- Maintain accurate records and respect client privacy
- Follow individualized care plans with attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or willingness to obtain certification
- Physical ability to safely assist and support clients
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening requirements
