Role Overview
As a Part-Time D.Min. Supervisor, you'll guide doctoral candidates through advanced ministerial research and learning in our Doctor of Ministry program. This position offers flexible, part-time engagement—ideal for experienced ministry professionals and scholars balancing other roles while contributing to graduate theological education.
What You'll Do
- Supervise doctoral candidate projects and dissertations in the Doctor of Ministry program
- Post course content, materials, and grading feedback via our Canvas learning management system
- Meet all faculty deadlines for roster certification, grade submission, and syllabus completion
- Provide academic mentorship and feedback on doctoral research and writing
- Evaluate student work and maintain accurate academic records
What We're Looking For
- Advanced theological education and expertise in your field of ministry or related discipline
- Experience teaching or mentoring at the graduate or doctoral level
- Familiarity with learning management systems and online or hybrid teaching environments
- Strong communication and feedback skills for doctoral-level instruction
- Commitment to academic integrity and institutional policies
- Ability to meet administrative deadlines consistently
