What This Role Involves

As a Paraprofessional for Academic and Behavior Support at Chisago Lakes Schools, you'll work alongside teachers and support specialists to create a positive, inclusive learning environment. You'll assist students who require additional academic scaffolding, behavioral guidance, and social-emotional support.
