About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Paid Media Manager to build and optimize high-performing paid advertising strategies. You'll own the planning, execution, and analysis of search and social media campaigns designed to deliver strong returns on ad spend for our diverse client base. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across search platforms (like Google Ads) and social networks (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)
- Build campaign structures, audience targeting, and bidding strategies optimized for maximum ROAS and client objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide clients with detailed reporting on results and ROI
- Conduct ongoing testing, optimization, and refinement to improve campaign efficiency and drive down cost-per-acquisition
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into measurable advertising outcomes
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging paid media trends to keep strategies competitive
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing paid search and social media campaigns with demonstrated success improving ROAS
- Strong understanding of major ad platforms, audience segmentation, and performance marketing best practices
- Comfort with data analysis, spreadsheets, and drawing actionable insights from campaign performance
- Excellent communication skills to explain strategy and results to clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
