About the Role

As an Overnight Direct Care Staff member with Sevita, you will support individuals in our community-based program during evening and overnight shifts. You'll be instrumental in helping the people we serve live well, maintain their independence, and achieve their personal goals. This role requires attentiveness, compassion, and a commitment to person-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct support and assistance with daily living activities, including evening routines and overnight care
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals during your shift
• Assist individuals in following their established care plans and supporting their personal goals
• Monitor and document observations, noting any changes or concerns that require attention
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and medical concerns, following established protocols
• Foster a supportive, respectful environment that promotes dignity and independence
• Build trusting relationships with the individuals you support and their families
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members
