Position Summary
The Outside Sales & Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business, strengthening referral relationships, increasing quote conversion, and helping the company grow profitable revenue. This is a full-time, field-based sales role focused on building relationships with commercial accounts, fleet operators, insurance agents, dealerships, body shops, rental companies, municipalities, and other organizations that own, manage, insure, or service vehicles.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes to potential clients
- Close deals by converting leads into qualified opportunities and booked jobs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
