About the Role

As a Health Resource Consultant with Oracle Health Government Services, you'll manage complex projects and organizational initiatives in a full-time, on-site role. You'll coordinate across teams, translate operational data into actionable insights, and support the strategic priorities that strengthen our government healthcare delivery mission.

What You'll Do

• Oversee healthcare and government services projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals
• Develop workforce plans and resource allocation strategies that align capacity with service delivery requirements
• Analyze operational data and produce comprehensive reports for senior leadership and stakeholder review
• Coordinate between departments to identify staffing needs, skill gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Document processes, track project metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support strategic planning initiatives through research, analysis, and administrative coordination

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing projects, coordinating programs, or supporting organizational operations
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with data and metrics
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet competing deadlines
