About the Role
As a Health Resource Consultant with Oracle Health Government Services, you'll manage complex projects and organizational initiatives in a full-time, on-site role. You'll coordinate across teams, translate operational data into actionable insights, and support the strategic priorities that strengthen our government healthcare delivery mission.
What You'll Do
- Oversee healthcare and government services projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals
- Develop workforce plans and resource allocation strategies that align capacity with service delivery requirements
- Analyze operational data and produce comprehensive reports for senior leadership and stakeholder review
- Coordinate between departments to identify staffing needs, skill gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Document processes, track project metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Support strategic planning initiatives through research, analysis, and administrative coordination
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, coordinating programs, or supporting organizational operations
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with data and metrics
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet competing deadlines
