As an Operations Manager / Distribution Manager joining DeWolff, Boberg & Associates as a Management Consultant, you'll step out of a single-company role and into a dynamic consulting position. Based in Houston, Harris County, this full-time, on-site opportunity places you directly on the floor with client teams, coaching managers and supervisors to deliver lasting operational change across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with frontline managers and supervisors, coaching them on-site to strengthen day-to-day operational and distribution performance.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with client teams "on the floor" to identify inefficiencies and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
- Apply your operations and distribution management expertise across a range of industries and client environments.
- Support client leadership in building accountability, improving processes, and achieving measurable results.
Qualifications
- Proven background in operations management, distribution management, or a comparable hands-on leadership role.
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and develop frontline managers and supervisors.
- Comfort working on-site, "on the floor," in fast-paced operational settings.
- Willingness to engage with a variety of industries and adapt quickly to new client environments.
