About the Role
As a full-time Plumbing Salesperson based in Norcross, Gwinnett County, you'll connect with residential homeowners, understand their plumbing needs, and recommend the right solutions backed by Bardi's proven, 5-star service approach. This is an in-person role focused on building trust and delivering value at every visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing concerns and present tailored service and product recommendations
- Close sales while delivering a consistently customer-first experience
- Educate clients on plumbing options, pricing, and the benefits of professional installation and repair
- Follow Bardi's established, customer-focused sales process to ensure quality at every step
- Collaborate with our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service teams to support seamless homeowner solutions
Qualifications
- A positive, motivated attitude — we hire for character and train for success
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working face-to-face with residential customers
- Interest in or experience with plumbing and home services sales is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in the Norcross, Gwinnett County area
