• Map current processes, surface inefficiencies, and lead practical improvements in tools, templates, and communication cadences
• Partner with attorneys, staff, and other functions to align operational priorities with case and firm needs
• Monitor compliance with internal protocols and professional requirements within a remote environment
• Track progress on operational initiatives, prepare concise status updates, and adjust plans as workloads shift
• Facilitate remote collaboration by ensuring shared systems stay current and accessible to colleagues nationwide

Who We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Demonstrated experience as an associate attorney or in legal-operations support within a firm or comparable professional setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, improve processes, and deliver reliable results without close supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for remote team interaction across different time zones
• Comfort with practice-management platforms, document systems, and common collaboration software used by U.S. legal teams
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving operational problems
• Capacity to balance attorney-level responsibilities with firm-wide operational projects in a fully remote arrangement
