Position Summary

In the Nursing Professional Development - ICU assignment with Trinityhealth at Saint Francis Hospital - Hartford, CT, you will serve as the key learning partner for intensive care nursing teams. What You'll Do

• Design, facilitate, and refine education programs focused on critical care knowledge and ICU-specific competencies

Requirements

• Active nursing licensure and credentials appropriate for professional development work in a hospital setting
• Clinical background that includes intensive care nursing exposure or prior experience in nursing education and staff development
• Strong instructional and interpersonal skills for facilitating classes, just-in-time coaching, and adult learning sessions
• Ability to create competency tools, learning materials, and practice guidelines suited to an ICU
