About This Position

This role involves undercover visits to various retail and service establishments to assess the quality of customer service, product presentation, and overall experience. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be an integral part of our quality assurance team, providing valuable feedback that helps us maintain high standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct undercover visits to retail stores and service centers in George Town, Penang, and surrounding areas.
• Assess and report on the quality of customer service, product knowledge, and overall customer experience.
• Document observations and provide detailed reports to the PRISM+ team.
• Ensure all visits are conducted in a discreet and professional manner.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
