About the Role

As Executive Director and Head of High-Net-Worth Card Hospitality, you'll lead the complete strategy, operations, and client experience for our elite cardmember hospitality programs. This front-facing, relationship-driven role places you at the intersection of luxury service, financial advisory, and client engagement—where your leadership directly impacts the most valuable relationships in our card business.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive hospitality strategy aligned with JPMorgan Chase's High-Net-Worth Card division goals
• Oversee end-to-end operations for premium, exclusive cardmember experiences and events
• Build and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional client service and relationship management
• Manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation to drive program profitability and scale
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury vendors, event venues, and hospitality partners
• Lead initiatives that enhance client engagement, retention, and lifetime value
• Ensure consistent brand representation and delivery of best-in-class standards across all cardmember touchpoints
• Drive continuous improvement in program design, operations, and client satisfaction metrics

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, event management, financial services, or related client-facing industries
• Demonstrated success building, leading, and scaling teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong P&L and financial management capabilities
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with high-net-worth individuals and stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance operational excellence and innovation
• Proven track record of driving client satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
