Your Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content, photo galleries, and graphics for web and social media platforms
• Cover high school athletic events live, capturing compelling moments that tell meaningful stories
• Produce short-form social media content optimized for engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Edit and package multimedia content for publication across digital channels
• Interview student athletes, coaches, and community members to develop feature-rich storytelling
• Collaborate with writers and editors to complement written coverage with visual narratives
• Stay current with emerging multimedia trends and platform best practices

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with video editing and photography software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
• Experience creating content for social media platforms and understanding platform-specific formats
• Demonstrated ability to shoot, edit, and produce compelling video content
• Excellent storytelling skills and eye for visual composition
• Ability to work independently and meet tight production deadlines
