Sinclair Broadcast Group is hiring a full-time Morning (AM) Executive Producer for KATU/KUNP in Portland, Multnomah County. As the newsroom leader during early-morning newscasts, you'll ensure high editorial standards while building coverage that matters to your community.
About the Role
In this key leadership position, you'll direct the editorial operations of the morning newscast, from story selection through on-air delivery. You'll work at the intersection of journalism and broadcast production, maintaining the station's reputation for reliability and accuracy while serving Portland's news needs.
What You'll Do
- Direct editorial decisions for morning newscasts and special news programming
- Lead reporters, producers, and assignment teams through the daily production cycle
