About This Position

This is a leadership role focused on building and scaling high-performing paid media programs. You'll oversee campaign architecture, performance tracking, and optimization strategies to consistently deliver results against KPI targets. Working directly with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll translate business objectives into strategic media investments that drive audience growth and engagement across all major paid channels. The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across social platforms, audio streaming services, and YouTube to align with company goals
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that balance reach, engagement, and conversion objectives across multiple channels
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time using analytics tools, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing tactical adjustments
  • Establish and track KPIs for all paid media initiatives, producing regular performance reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Content, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are properly scoped, resourced, and aligned with brand messaging
  • Manage media budgets, vendor relationships, and platform partnerships to maximize ROI and operational efficiency
  • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of paid media management experience, with demonstrated success running multi-platform campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), YouTube Ads, and audio advertising channels
  • Proven expertise in campaign optimization, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance analytics
  • Solid understanding of media buying fundamentals, bidding strategies, and KPI frameworks
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, and revenue-focused teams
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
