What You'll Do
- Direct daily operations on the molding line, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production equipment
- Lead, train, and coach your team to meet production targets and maintain high performance standards
- Conduct routine quality inspections and address defects or process deviations immediately
- Enforce safety protocols and foster a culture of accident prevention across your shift
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and communicate equipment issues to maintenance staff
- Track production metrics, document shift activity, and report status to plant management
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or molding operations
- Proven supervisory or lead experience managing a production team
- Working knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and implement solutions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or GED required
