About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and client records
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a group practice model to provide integrated, person-centered care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as appropriate
  • Uphold professional boundaries and ethical standards in all client interactions

What We're Looking For

  • Valid California state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Clinical experience working with diverse populations and mental health conditions
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Genuine commitment to culturally sensitive, trauma-informed practice
  • Ability to manage part-time caseload with professionalism and reliability
