About the Role
As a part-time mental health therapist at our Los Angeles practice, you'll deliver compassionate clinical care in a collegial, supportive environment. We're looking for a licensed clinician who shares our commitment to making therapy accessible and effective for clients at all income levels.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities
- Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and client records
- Collaborate with colleagues in a group practice model to provide integrated, person-centered care
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as appropriate
- Uphold professional boundaries and ethical standards in all client interactions
What We're Looking For
- Valid California state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Clinical experience working with diverse populations and mental health conditions
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Genuine commitment to culturally sensitive, trauma-informed practice
- Ability to manage part-time caseload with professionalism and reliability
- Collaborative mindset and openness to working alongside other clinicians
