About the Role

The Mercedes-Benz Warranty Administrator position manages the complete warranty lifecycle, overseeing processes from initial repair order entry through final claim submission, reconciliation, and reporting. You'll serve as the backbone of our warranty operations, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership protocols while maintaining precise documentation and timely follow-up on all warranty matters.

What You'll Do

• Process and track repair orders from booking through warranty claim submission
• Verify warranty coverage, policy terms, and customer eligibility for each repair
• Reconcile warranty claims with repair documentation and manufacturer records
• Prepare and submit warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Mercedes-Benz requirements
• Monitor claim status and follow up on denials, rejections, or requests for additional documentation
• Generate detailed warranty reports and reconciliation summaries for dealership management
• Maintain organized digital and physical warranty files and records
• Communicate with service departments, customers, and Mercedes-Benz representatives as needed
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve warranty processes and reduce errors

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Previous experience with automotive warranty claims or dealership administrative work
• Familiarity with warranty management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities
• Understanding of Mercedes-Benz warranty policies or willingness to learn them thoroughly
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
