Are you a compassionate clinician ready to make a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable young people? Youth Haven in Naples, Collier County is hiring a Mental Health Therapist (FT/PT) to deliver trauma-informed care that helps children and teens heal and thrive.
About the Role
As a Mental Health Therapist with Youth Haven in Naples, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic support to children and adolescents in foster care (ages 6–17) and to homeless youth (ages 16–21). Working on our campus, you will help create a secure, nurturing space where young people can recover, grow, and build resilience. This full-time position is grounded in the organization's core values and its commitment to compassionate, healing-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy tailored to each young person's needs.
- Apply trauma-informed practices when supporting children in foster care and homeless youth.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and welcoming campus environment that encourages healing.
- Partner with staff and caregivers to promote stable, nurturing relationships for clients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and program standards.
Qualifications
