Kvc Health Systems is hiring a compassionate Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – PRN to support clients at our KVC Missouri Residential Treatment Facility in Springfield, Greene County. If you want meaningful, as-needed work with a flexible schedule, this PRN role could be your ideal fit.
About the Role
As a Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in Springfield, MO, you will care for the day-to-day physical and emotional well-being of assigned clients while helping cultivate a safe, encouraging group living environment. This is a PRN (as-needed) position with a pay range of $18.00–$20.61 per hour. The flexible scheduling makes it especially well suited to students, professionals looking for additional hours, or anyone seeking purposeful work on their own terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to the physical and emotional needs of assigned clients throughout your shift.
