Join Life Time in Rosemount, Dakota County, as a Membership Concierge (M-F Weekday Closer), a full-time position where you'll be the welcoming face of our community. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional member and guest experiences while maintaining account relationships and supporting our membership team's success.

About the Role

As a Membership Concierge at Life Time, you're central to member satisfaction and retention. Working weekday closing shifts Monday through Friday, you'll handle member interactions at our front desk, manage administrative functions, and contribute to the overall experience that keeps members engaged and loyal to our community.

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in members and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, and resolve routine member concerns
• Maintain accurate membership records and account documentation
• Support sales initiatives and promote facility programs and services
• Familiarize yourself with class schedules, amenities, and member benefits
• Close out front-desk systems and prepare the facility for the next business day
• Identify opportunities to enhance member engagement and satisfaction
• Participate in training to deepen your knowledge of Life Time's hospitality culture and wellness offerings

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or fitness environments preferred
