About the Role
As a Meditation Enrichment Instructor, you'll guide participants through mindfulness and meditation practices, creating supportive, inclusive learning environments. This is a flexible, part-time hourly position that allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate meditation and mindfulness sessions for learners of varying backgrounds and experience levels
- Design and deliver engaging enrichment activities centered on wellness and personal growth
- Create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and fosters skill development
- Track participant progress and adapt instruction to meet individual and group needs
- Collaborate with team members to refine curricula and enhance learning outcomes
