Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team in Pinson, Alabama. This full-time position offers an opportunity for professional growth and collaboration with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.

<h2-Core Duties

• Provide patient care in medical-surgical units, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet patients' needs effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures under the direction of a licensed physician.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, self-care, and management techniques.

<h2-What We're Looking For

• A current RN license in Alabama or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a medical-surgical setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
