About the Role
As a Meat/Produce Team Associate, you're the backbone of our fresh departments. You'll maintain our commitment to quality and freshness while delivering outstanding customer service. Working full-time as part of a dedicated team, you'll take pride in everything from product selection to presentation.
What You'll Do
- Stock, rotate, and display meat and produce merchandise to ensure peak freshness and appeal
- Operate cutting and preparation equipment in compliance with safety and company standards
- Maintain department cleanliness and proper temperature controls for food safety
- Assist customers with product selection, preparation requests, and recommendations
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and proper storage
- Follow all food safety regulations and health department requirements
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily objectives and support store success
What We're Looking For
- Physical ability to stand and perform active tasks throughout your shift
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
- Retail or food service experience is beneficial but not required
Compensation
This position offers an hourly wage of $14–$27 per hour, with compensation varying based on experience and location requirements. Full-time team members are eligible for annual and quarterly performance incentives.
