About the Role

As Marketing Coordinator at SeaWorld San Diego, you'll play a key part in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive awareness and engagement across our theme park and conservation programs. This full-time position offers the chance to contribute to a company dedicated to animal care, education, and guest experiences that create lasting memories.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities across digital and traditional channels
• Assist in content creation, including social media posts, email marketing, and promotional materials
• Support event planning and execution, including on-site activations and community outreach
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform strategy
• Manage calendars, schedules, and project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams including communications, operations, and guest services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign development
• Assist with guest communications and respond to inquiries through various channels

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Passion for animal conservation and guest experiences
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
