About the Role
As the Senior Safety & Security Advisor in Manchester, NH, you'll move beyond traditional property protection into a hands-on leadership position. You'll set the tone for campus security, mentor staff, and make a visible, daily difference in the well-being of the students and team members at NH Job Corps. The position is full-time and based fully on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day safety and security operations across the NH Job Corps campus.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to security staff and personnel.
- Help develop, maintain, and enforce safety policies and protective procedures.
- Protect students, employees, visitors, and property while fostering a secure, supportive setting.
- Respond to incidents and contribute to a culture of safety throughout the program.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in safety, security, or a closely related field, ideally in a supervisory or advisory capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and develop a team.
- Sound judgment and dependable decision-making in fast-moving situations.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, professional environment for a youth-focused program.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Manchester, NH.
Compensation
This full-time position offers a pay rate of $21.55 per hour.
