Manufacturing Technician I/II/III – Weds – Sat 3:30PM – 2:00AM

This full-time position operates on a Wednesday–Saturday schedule, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, offering meaningful work that directly impacts patient outcomes across our global partner network.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Technician at PCI Pharma Services, you'll play a critical role in our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This position offers progression pathways through three levels—Technician I, II, and III—allowing you to grow your expertise and responsibilities as you advance. You'll work directly with production teams to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance in every batch.

What You'll Do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment and instrumentation in a controlled pharma environment
• Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks including material preparation, processing, and packaging of pharmaceutical products
• Conduct quality checks and record observations according to established Standard Operating Procedures
• Support batch documentation and maintain accurate, detailed manufacturing records
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and rigorous compliance standards at all times
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize production efficiency and safety
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs promptly

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant manufacturing or pharma experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with laboratory and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work the Wednesday–Saturday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM shift
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift
• Reliability, safety awareness, and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
