Manager, Paid Social

Havenly, an online home design and furniture company, is hiring a Manager, Paid Social in New York City. This full-time position offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity to lead paid social acquisition strategy and execution across our seven-brand portfolio.

What This Role Involves

You'll drive paid social acquisition across Havenly's suite of brands: Havenly, Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert. In this hands-on management role, you'll spearhead our Meta advertising initiatives while evaluating and scaling emerging platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit. Your expertise and leadership will be critical to acquiring customers and fueling growth across our entire brand ecosystem.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute paid social strategy and campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor key performance metrics, and optimize toward acquisition targets
• Create and test ad creative, messaging, and audience targeting to drive customer acquisition
• Analyze campaign data and performance to inform strategic adjustments and identify scaling opportunities
• Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to align on goals, audience strategy, and campaign execution
• Research and test new social platforms to expand our reach and discover high-potential customer segments

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns at meaningful scale, especially on Meta
• Deep working knowledge of social media advertising platforms, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization to improve campaign performance
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution orientation
