About the Role

As a Food Runner at Dave & Buster's, you're the backbone of our front-of-house service team. Working alongside servers and hosts, you'll keep our dining areas running smoothly while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well-cared-for throughout their visit.

What You'll Do

• Deliver food and beverages to tables with accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage table pre-bussing and clearing to maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment
• Execute quick table turns between parties, keeping service flowing smoothly
• Refill water glasses, manage condiments, and respond promptly to guest requests
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with taking drink orders when needed
• Maintain spotless dining areas and follow all cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to support seamless service

• Friendly, energetic attitude with genuine interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously
• Physical stamina to be on your feet throughout your shift and lift up to 25 lbs regularly

• Willingness to learn and follow food safety and service standards
