What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing industrial maintenance or facilities teams, ideally in a manufacturing setting involving plastics processing equipment.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems common to production machinery and plant facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop third-shift crews while fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
