About the Role
As the Valet Manager for our Schaumburg-area partner dealership, you'll serve as the key operational leader managing service and sales porters. This hands-on leadership role combines team supervision, operational planning, and customer-facing excellence.
What You'll Do
- Direct daily valet and porter operations across the dealership
- Recruit, train, and motivate a professional valet and porter team
- Create work schedules and manage team assignments
- Monitor service quality and adherence to dealership standards
- Coordinate between valet operations and other dealership departments
- Resolve operational challenges and customer concerns promptly
- Maintain inventory and documentation for vehicle handling
- Report on team performance and operational metrics
