Cl Thomas Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Sprinkle, Texas location in Travis County. This is a full-time position where you'll serve as the frontline representative for our retail customers, reporting to the Store Manager.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you're the backbone of our store operations. You'll engage directly with customers, handle their needs with professionalism and care, and represent Cl Thomas Group's commitment to quality service every single day. This role includes stepping up when management is off-site, ensuring the store continues to operate smoothly and customers receive the attention they deserve.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection and purchases
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns with a solution-oriented mindset
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Take on supervisory responsibilities when the Store Manager is not present
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
