Myers Auto Group is hiring a full-time Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to manage customer inquiries and drive appointment scheduling for our service department in Wellington, Palm Beach County. About the Role
As a Service BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service and maintenance. You'll handle inbound calls and emails, qualify customer needs, schedule appointments, and coordinate closely with our service team to deliver a seamless experience from initial contact through completed work.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer phone calls and emails promptly, listening carefully to service requests and vehicle concerns
- Schedule service appointments into our system, working around customer availability and service department capacity
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with appointment reminders and confirmations
- Build relationships with repeat customers and identify opportunities to suggest additional services
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure customers receive timely updates on their vehicles
- Track metrics such as appointment bookings, customer satisfaction, and lead conversion
- Represent Myers Auto Group professionally in every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills—clear, courteous, and confident on the phone and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with computers and CRM or scheduling software (training provided)
- Customer-service mindset with a genuine desire to help
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
- Reliability and punctuality
- Previous automotive, sales, or customer-service experience is a plus
