What This Role Involves

You'll travel to residential properties throughout Fort Worth, Tarrant County, and surrounding communities to verify occupancy status and gather critical inspection data. Working independently, you'll play an essential part in the mortgage lending process by providing accurate, timely property verification that lenders depend on to complete transactions.

Core Duties

• Drive to scheduled residential properties across Tarrant County and nearby areas
• Verify current occupancy status of properties and document findings accurately
• Photograph exteriors and capture required inspection details per protocol
• Complete detailed inspection reports and submit documentation on time
• Communicate inspection status and findings to FAR Inspections and lending partners
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and third parties
• Adhere to all safety standards and company inspection procedures
