Climate Express is hiring an experienced OTR Company Truck Driver based out of Dubuque, Iowa — a full-time opportunity with a proven Midwest carrier built on three decades of reliable freight hauling.
About the Role
As an OTR Truck Driver at Climate Express, you'll operate out of Dubuque, Dubuque County as part of a well-established, asset-based fleet of 200 trucks. This is a long-haul company driver position designed for professionals who want consistent miles, dependable freight, and the backing of an experienced team.
Pay & Miles
- Earn up to six figures annually
- Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,900
- 2,700 – 3,400 miles per week
- Competitive cents-per-mile base rate
What You'll Do
- Operate company equipment on over-the-road runs across the Midwest and beyond
- Transport freight safely and on schedule while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and log hours accurately via ELD
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and support staff throughout each run
- Maintain a clean driving record and uphold Climate Express safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience
- Clean MVR and satisfactory background
- Strong knowledge of DOT hours-of-service rules
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional behind the wheel
