About the Role

As a Mobile Occupancy Assessment Monitor, you'll be the field expert responsible for evaluating residential properties on behalf of lending institutions and mortgage professionals. This position combines fieldwork with technology—traveling to properties, conducting thorough assessments, documenting findings via mobile platforms, and delivering timely, reliable reports that support lending decisions.

What You'll Do

• Execute residential property inspections in Richmond County and neighboring communities, traveling independently between assignment locations
• Assess property occupancy status, physical condition, and compliance with mortgage requirements
• Document inspection findings, measurements, and photographs using mobile inspection tools and platforms
• Generate accurate, detailed reports from field data for lending institutions and mortgage professionals
• Maintain detailed records and follow standardized inspection protocols and compliance guidelines
• Communicate inspection results to FAR Inspections management and client partners
• Schedule and manage field visits efficiently to meet deadlines across the service area

What We're Looking For

• Proven reliability and strong attention to detail in previous fieldwork or inspection roles
• Comfort working independently with mobile technology and digital reporting systems
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle for traveling throughout Richmond County
• Ability to work full-time and manage a flexible schedule based on property availability
