About the Role
As a Route-Based Vacancy Data Reviewer with FAR Inspections, you'll manage inspection routes and vacancy data across designated territories in Titus County and surrounding communities. Working primarily in and around Mount Pleasant, you'll ensure that property information and inspection records meet our accuracy standards and support clients across Texas.
What You'll Do
- Review vacancy and property data collected during residential property inspections across your assigned routes
- Verify inspection findings against established accuracy and completeness standards
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of data collected in the field
- Ensure data integrity throughout the inspection and review process
- Communicate inspection results and any discrepancies to the FAR Inspections team
- Cover assigned service territories in Mount Pleasant, Titus County, and surrounding Texas areas efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Proven reliability and dependability in managing independent route assignments
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing and documenting inspection data
- Ability to work autonomously in field-based property inspection roles
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about Titus County and the surrounding region
- Commitment to accurate data collection and record-keeping standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for route-based work
