Position Summary
The Local Lead Assistant is an essential member of the Local Early Childhood Lead Organization team, working to strengthen early childhood systems, expand family access to quality educational programs, and build collaborative relationships with community partners across the designated service area. In this role, you will help execute comprehensive birth-to-five education initiatives and support the development of high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning environments for young children in Southeast Arkansas.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive local early childhood education plans
- Coordinate with community organizations and stakeholders to expand access to services and educational resources
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and family service agencies
- Contribute to the design and implementation of developmentally appropriate programs and learning experiences
- Assist in strengthening local early childhood systems and supporting infrastructure
- Help facilitate communication between the Local Lead Organization and community stakeholders
