What You'll Do

• Operate broiler and grill equipment, cooking proteins to exact specifications and proper internal temperatures
• Prepare and season items according to recipe standards and plating guidelines
• Coordinate timing with the rest of the kitchen to ensure smooth, synchronized service flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cooking station throughout your shift
• Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredient storage properly
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team members and service staff during service
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

• Experience cooking on broilers and grills, or demonstrated willingness to develop this expertise
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

• Food handler certification or ability to obtain one
