Licensed Therapist (LCSW/LPCMH/LMFT)

About the Role

As a Licensed Therapist with LifeStance Health, you'll work directly with patients to assess mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy. This is an opportunity to build lasting therapeutic relationships while working within a collaborative care model that integrates behavioral and medical health services.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and psychosocial assessments
• Diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and treatment notes
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to coordinate integrated care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Support patients in crisis situations with appropriate interventions and referrals

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCMH), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Delaware
• Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with diverse populations
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
• Reliability and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
