Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic methods
- Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans addressing each client's mental health needs
- Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient success
- Monitor treatment efficacy and adjust interventions based on client progress
- Uphold clinical best practices and maintain professional standards
Qualifications
- Active California LPCC licensure in good standing
- Strong track record in individual and group therapy delivery
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and treatment planning expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical communication skills

- Experience serving diverse client populations (preferred)
