What You'll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client needs
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and session notes in compliance with Kansas regulatory standards
• Manage crisis situations appropriately and provide informed referrals when indicated
• Build and sustain a diverse client base through the Headway network and insurance integration
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to support optimal client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Kansas
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and genuine empathy for clients
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own caseload and administrative responsibilities
• Familiarity with insurance billing or strong willingness to learn Headway's integrated platform
