About This Position

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Headway, you'll build your therapy practice while leveraging a platform designed to handle the operational complexity of independent practice. Rather than juggling administrative work, you focus on clinical care. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with clients
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress notes
• Schedule client appointments and manage your growing caseload
• Work with the Headway platform to process insurance claims and manage billing
• Engage in clinical supervision and continuing professional development

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in your state
• Prior clinical experience delivering therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong documentation and clinical assessment capabilities
• Ability to practice independently while upholding professional standards
• Familiarity or willingness to learn digital practice management systems
• Commitment to clinical excellence and evidence-based treatment approaches
