Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP)

Headway is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Lexington, Fayette County. This is a full-time position designed for mental health professionals ready to build or grow their independent practice while leveraging our streamlined, free platform to manage insurance billing, client intake, and practice administration.

About the Role

You'll practice clinical psychology on your terms while using Headway's technology to eliminate the barriers between you and insured clients. This role is ideal for LCPs looking to expand their income potential, accept insurance more easily, and scale their practice without upfront platform costs or long-term commitments. You'll focus on what you do best — delivering quality care — while Headway handles the operational complexity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with insured and self-pay clients
• Use Headway's integrated platform to manage client records, treatment planning, and billing
• Coordinate insurance authorizations and claims processing through the platform
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and treatment notes
• Grow your practice by accepting new insured clients more efficiently

What You Bring

• Active licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Kentucky
• Current clinical practice experience or readiness to launch a new practice
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
