Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Headway is recruiting Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our clinical network in Olathe, Johnson County. We're seeking full-time LMFTs ready to build thriving practices with the support, resources, and insurance integration that sets Headway apart.

About the Role

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Headway, you'll provide direct clinical care to clients while leveraging our platform to streamline insurance billing, increase your reimbursement rates, and expand your practice reach. This full-time position offers the opportunity to grow your client base with covered patients quickly, all while maintaining the autonomy and flexibility that independent practice requires. Compensation ranges from $90 to $127 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions addressing relational dynamics, mental health concerns, and life transitions
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's clinical needs and goals
• Maintain comprehensive, compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers and referral sources to support holistic client care
• Manage your practice using Headway's integrated platform for scheduling, billing, and insurance verification
• Stay current with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and continuing education requirements

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted LMFT license in Kansas (or licensure reciprocal to Kansas)
• Demonstrated clinical experience in individual, couples, and family therapy
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and case management skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records and practice management systems
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and client-centered care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Headway team and broader clinical network
