About the Role
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Headway, you'll deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Working within our supportive practice infrastructure, you'll have the tools to manage your caseload efficiently, handle insurance billing seamlessly, and focus on clinical excellence without the typical administrative burden of running an independent practice.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document sessions and maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and Texas regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for complex cases
